9:00 – 9:15 AM Dynamic Warm Up
9:15 – 9:50 AM County Fair 8 Stations 4 Min Each (Bags, Star Drill, 60-Yard Shuttle, Cone Drills, Sled)
9:50 – 10:45 Combine Drills (Short Shuttle, 3-Cone, Broad Jump, Bench Press, Vertical Jump, 20-Yard Sprint)
10:45 – 10:50 AM Water Break
10:50 – 11:10 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 1)
11:15 – 11:35 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 2)
11:40 – 12:00 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 3)
12:05 – 12:25 PM O-Line/D-Line Position & Evaluation Drills (Station 4)
12:30 –12:35 PM Water Break
12:40 – 1:00 PM 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition Round 1 (O-Line vs D-Line)
1:00 – 1:20 PM 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition Round 2 (O-Line vs D-Line)
1:20 – 1:35 PM Best of the Best Round 1 + 1-on-1 Pass Rush Competition Round 4 (O-Line vs D-Line)
1:35 – 1:55 PM Final Best of the Best Competition Top 5 O-Line & Top 5 D-Line (O-Line vs D-Line)
1:55 – 2:00 PM Closing + Awards (MVP O-Line & MVP D-Line) + Interviews with Top Performers

Facility Location: The MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex, 6500 Grand Ave, West Des Moines, IA 50266

What to bring: Helmets (Not mandatory but preferred), Mouth Piece, Cleats, and Gym Shorts. Color Coded Shirts are provided.

Notes: Tight Ends will focus on blocking at the Big Man Camp.

Notes: Linebackers will focus on pass rushing at the Big Man Camp.

Best of the Best: The top performers from all our regional camps will be invited back to compete in our final “Best of the Best Camp” in May 2023.

National Player Database: Create a player profile in our EFN National Database and upload your photos, video, transcripts, stats, honors, awards and all other recruiting information for college coaches. 

***Parents and spectators are able to watch the camp, but are not allowed to go on the field during the event.

Camp Video: We will have a video crew at the event. Individual Highlight Videos can be purchased for $65. They will include an Intro (Name, School, Grade, Height/Weight, Camp Photo), 1-on-1 reps (multiple angles), and Position & Agility Drills. Uploaded to YouTube. Expect a 10-14 day turnaround for us to go through all the footage from all the cameras. Use this to send to college coaches.
