2018 1st Team All-TVL, Most Outstanding Lineman in the Conference. 2018 Final Stats: 81 Total Tackles, 12 TFL, 7 Sacks, 3 FF, 14 Hurries, 181 Receiving Yards, 3 TD’s. Xavier is one of the top overall prospects in California for the 2020 recruiting class. He was a standout as a Defensive End and Tight End. He has elite size at 6-7 250 pounds. He is also a great athlete that continues to get stronger. He is a force off the edge as a pass rusher putting pressure on QB’s and using his length to deflect passes throwing to his side of the field. He has nice range and can cover a lot of space closing to the football. He showed he can beat you off the edge with speed and can shoot the inside gaps. He displayed his straightaway speed as a TE going over the middle on seam routes and being a great target in the passing game. A few areas that he can work on is utilizing his hands more as a pass rusher and developing a few moves to really be one of the best nationally. He has loads of potential and should get offers from everyone as a Power 5 national recruit.
