Stephan is one of the most dangerous offensive threats in Michigan in the 2019 recruiting class. He is a slot receiver that has excellent hands and can make the tough catches in traffic. He is a dynamic playmaker that can turn a bubble into a big play or touchdown. Solid route runner that has the speed to stretch the defense on a vertical route and a guy who can do some damage underneath. He is a tough 1-on-1 cover. He runs a 11.0 100M and a 22.68 200M in track. Borderline Power 5 to Group 5 prospect.
