Savien Arnett

Savien is a versatile defensive back in the 2020 recruiting class that can play corner and safety. He is built more for a corner but was a 1st Team All-District safety. He is thin but comes up and makes tackles against the run. He has excellent closing speed to the outside and will hit you low and wrap up. He has great hands and plays the ball well when it is in the air. He had quite a few PBU’s. He is at his best in cover situations in the slot and helping over the top. He has a smooth back peddle and can flip his hips and stay with receivers on deep routes. He shows off his athleticism the most as a return man on special teams and off the edge blocking kicks. Group 5 prospect.
