Can and did turn several short throws into big plays. Dangerous punt and kick returner. Had 1 punt return TD. Took one of his 2 INTs back for a TD as well. Does everything well, but lacks size. He is shorter than preferred and on the frail side. He is a player though if you can past the size. Has two offers already.
