Jer’Marques Bailey

Jer’Marques is an underrated prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. He has the frame all Power 5 coaches covet in their offensive line prospects. He plays for a powerhouse program in Texas and excelled against great competition. He is a strong run blocker that is a tenacious finisher. He is a fluid mover to the second level and pulling. His team loves to run his way and Jer’Marques always comes through with opening big holes. At the point of attack, he overwhelms smaller defensive linemen. He has a strong base as a pass blocker and he is tough to go around. He definitely has things he needs to work on technically and he needs to improve his flexibility as an athlete, but he is going to be a steal for the team that gets him. If he didn’t have a few minor imperfections, he would have 30+ offers. These things can easily be tweaked and corrected and his upside far outweighs what he needs to work on. He should have more offers with all things considered. Power 5 recruit.
