Frank is a nice prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. As a safety, he is slightly undersized but has great instincts, is a good athlete, and has a strong football IQ. He reads well and anticipates and is seemingly always in a position to make a play. Frank is a strong open-field tackler bringing down RBs and WRs with relative ease. He takes great angles closing to the football. He is also a dangerous kick returner and was able to show off more of his athletic ability on special teams. He is a Group of 5 prospect.
