ESN PLAYER EVALUATION/NOTES
2018 1st Team All-State (TAPPS Division2). He transferred to Klein Oak in April of his junior season. This will be his 3rd high school and could be a cause for concern. He is a 2-way superstar as a corner and wide receiver. His 11-minute highlight video of him making plays from start to finish shows he is an elite player. On offense, he is a vertical threat on the outside and loves to come over the middle. Once he catches the ball, he is a crafty runner that can weave his way in and out traffic all the way to the end zone. He is fast but not a burner. As a CB, he has the instincts and awareness to read the play and anticipate to be a couple steps ahead. He will jump routes and breaks quick on the ball. He is strong to jam in press coverage. He has excellent ball skills and can outmuscle receivers. Projects to be a corner at the next level but could work his way back to being a safety. Power 5 recruit.
Postseason Honors/Statistics/Other NOTES
Freshman/Sophomore year he played for New Caney. Junior Year he played for Trinity Christian. 2017 All-Greater Houston Area (Defense). 2017 Stats (11 games): 25 catches, 465 receiving yards, 18.6/Avg., 8 TD’s
