Devin is a great talent in the class of 2019. He has the size and athleticism that all D1A schools want in their prospects. He plays DE and TE. As a DE, he has the ability to overpower offensive lineman and has a knack for getting into the backfield causing havoc. He is a big hitter and is impressive on film. He needs to get better using his hands and develop a few more moves. As a TE, he is a big target in the flat and over the middle. He really shows off his athleticism after the catch. Power 5 prospect.
