Christian Hood

2018 2nd Team All-District 5A-10. Christian is an outstanding prospect in the 2020 recruiting class as an outside linebacker. He has an excellent combination of speed, strength, agility, and skill level. He is a ferocious pass rusher off the edge that can dip and bend underneath offensive tackles and has the speed and elusiveness to avoid them completely getting to the quarterback. He also has superior strength to take on lineman and blow up lead blockers getting into the backfield to make plays. Once he gets into the backfield, he has the explosive burst to track down QB’s and RB’s and really be disruptive. He can set the edge on the outside and he is powerful striking and shedding. He is an all-around talent. He is a state finalist as a powerlifter, a 4.1 student, and a potential All-State football player. You can tell he is maximizing his potential and if he continues this at the next level, he will definitely be an All-ACC player at Duke. Power 5 prospect.
