Ben is one of the more underrated Class of 2020 QBs in Texas. He has decent size and won’t wow anyone with his arm strength, but he simply makes plays. He is very accurate in the quick and screen game and gets the ball out quickly. His footwork is smooth in the pocket and he shows the ability to tuck and run when necessary. He has that extra intangible, grit, paired with a strong mind that makes him a complete quarterback. Has a 4.47 GPA and has scored 1370 on the SAT. No offers yet, but he is working the offseason circuit and a strong senior year should land him at least some Div. II offers.
