Amarius Mims

Amarius is one of the top offensive line prospects in the country for the 2021 recruiting class. He is a massive 6’7 310 enforcer in the trenches. Amarius is strong, powerful, bends well for his size, and has some quickness getting to the 2nd and 3rd levels. As a run blocker, he overwhelms defenders with his strength and dominates at the point of attack moving straight ahead. He can seal down and open some huge holes for his running backs. As a pass blocker, he stays square and can move laterally to stay in front of pass rushers and has long arms and power to stop their momentum. As a finisher, his punch has enough force to just throw defenders to the ground. He doesn’t have to drive anyone to the ground which allows him to find someone else upfield to block. Overall, Amarius is one of the most coveted prospects in the country as a national 5-star recruit.
