Adam Berghorst

Adam is one of the top prospects in Michigan in the 2019 recruiting class. He has Power 5 size as a strongside defensive end and as an Offensive Tackle. He was a 2-way standout and dominated his conference. As a DE, he has the size, strength, and agility to cause huge problems for offenses. He is quick off the snap and has better athleticism than you would expect for someone his size. He uses his hands well to win off the edge and can dip underneath to on the outside to get into the backfield. He likes to shoot the inside gap and will make plays on the backside. He also was a dominating offensive tackle. He can bend and is athletic getting to the 2nd and 3rd levels. He loves to finish and gives that extra effort to punish opposing defenders.
