It’s not every day you get to recruit a player who can make an impact on both sides of the ball, but that is exactly what you get with three-star prospect Will Lee from Kirkwood High School. The Saint Louis native just cracked the top-20 of recruits in the state, but you shouldn’t be surprised if he works his way up quickly.
2019 RECAP
Lee is a 6-2, 185-pound junior who is ranked No. 173 in the country at his position, in addition to No. 1210 nationally. In his most recent season, Lee caught 47 passes, accumulating 760 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns on the offense end. At linebacker, he collected 61 tackles, 14 of which were for loss, on top of four sacks. His stellar junior campaign earned him several awards, including being named to the 2019 First Team St. Louis All-Metro Utility, 2019 All-District team, and was a Class 6 First Team All-State selection by the Missouri Football Coaches Association.
EFN EVALUATION
Lee keeps his body in a condition that allows him to play both sides of the ball effectively. He never shies away from the weight room, posting some impressive numbers for his size: 40 Yard Dash (4.6), Bench (265), 100 Meter Dash (11.4) Squat (300 LBS), Deadlift (300 LBS), and Clean (225 LBS). His above-average footwork also makes him excel at gaining separation between him and the defender.
