2018 Pennsylvania All-State Class 4A Offense. 2018 Stats: (12 gms) 111-of-201 (55%) for 1,998 yards, 30 TDs, 3 INTs. Rushed 192 times for 881 yards and 16 TDs. Deven might be the most underrated QB in PA. Gifted with elite size, Deven displays all the characteristics of an FBS QB. He doesn’t appear to be the prototypical dual-threat QB, but he is. He can run the ball on zone/power read or straight ahead QB iso. He stands tall in the pocket, looks comfortable and slings the ball all over the field. He does not have a cannon, but he can make just about any throw and makes many look effortless. He stands in against pressure and uses his athleticism to avoid the rush and escape the pocket. He has visited nearly the entire Ivy League and has one FCS offer. Deven can play at that level and could see some FBS offers as well.
