Jamaal Ulmer

Jamaal is primarily a move TE in a spread offense and is used primarily as a blocker. He only caught a handful of passes as JR but shows the ability to catch and gain yards after the catch. He is a very good blocker who uses his size to overpower defenders. He does play a little high at times, but is relentless with staying after his blocks. Jamaal moves his feet well and appears athletic enough to be used more in the passing game. He is raw, but you can’t teach 6-6. Has the size and athleticism to be an FBS tight end. Jamaal is more likley a Group of 5 recruit.
