Matthew Lowe

Matthew is a talented prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. He is a tremendous athlete that plays tight end and a defensive end. As a TE, he is fast off the line and is a mismatch against LB’s. He has excellent speed and can get behind the defense. He can turn a short pass into a long run. He pretty well blocking. He isn’t overpowering but can get the job done. As a DE, he is explosive off the edge and can get to the QB fast. He has the range to track down RB’s trying to turn the corner. He is still developing physically to get strong but he has the height, speed, and skill of a low Power 5 recruit. He is a lock for a Group 5 offer. His stock could rise even more if he hits the weights hard this offseason and he shows even better during his senior season. He is an underrated prospect.
