Soane Toia

Soane is an amazing prospect in the 2020 recruiting class. He played all across the defensive line and he was also brough in on offense as a fullback in goal line and short yardage situations. This kid a strong, powerful, determined, and skilled. He put up some crazy numbers and he just produces no matter who he is going up against. As a DT/DE, he is relentless getting into the backfield and hunting down QB’s. He can beat you with power and has a few good moves to beat you with speed. He always fights through double teams and has some good counter moves to keep those legs moving and getting to the ball. He was outstanding coming in as a fullback. He is quick off the snap and can really bend at the point of attack and blow defenders up as a lead blocker. His height and he could be a little quicker are the only things keeping him from the elite colleges. Group 5 to low Power 5.
