Kortez is a 6’3 CB that had a nice junior season for a good Grand Blanc team. He has the length and can turn and run with receivers on vertical routes. He is a strong tackler and has the change-of-direction talent needed as a DB. He will go up and contest using his long arms to make it difficult to complete the pass. He needs to polish up his technique this offseason. He could project out as a safety. Group 5 prospect.
