Trayveon Newton

Trayveon is an underrated prospect in the 2020 recruiting class based on the small Group 5 offers. That is not bad by any means, but this kid has ability that is suited for a Power 5 program and he has excelled against top level competition in Texas. He is strong, lean, explosive, and has the mobility as a fluid mover. He has a strong motor that is hard to contain and his inside push causes a lot of problems for opposing offenses. His true talents and his ability to dominate the line of scrimmages comes out the best in goal line and short yardage situations. He is athletic moving down the line and pursuing the football. He is capable of making the big hit. He is definitely a player that has potential to rack up a lot of Power 5 offers before signing day. Low Power 5 recruit.
